Is it possible to upgrade the mainconcept encoder for free or cheaper than the listed price since I own vegas and therefore have rights to a mainconcept encoder?

If not, is the mainconcept new encoder the best one to buy when I don't care at all how long the render time is? I just want the highest quality render possible.

If I buy an encoder can I access it from within vegas and use it instead of exporting to uncompressed avi then rendering through the codec's own program?
