encoding Google Video

Anybody posted google video with vegas 6c and have optimal settings that can be referenced to a google video we can all take a look at-- or better yet a variety of vids submitted in diff formats?

Google's prefered formats are stated below:

******************************
What file formats do you accept?

The fastest way to get your videos included in Google Video is to submit each file in our preferred format. Google Video is now accepting the following video and audio specs:

MPEG4 with MP3 audio
MPEG4 with MP4 audio
MPEG2 with MP3 audio
MPEG2 with MP4 audio

Please keep in mind that we also support other digital formats such as QuickTime, or Windows Media.

We understand there are a variety of encoders on the market that offer a diverse range of MPEG4 codecs, and we appreciate your patience as we work to accept a wider variety of video formats. If you're unsure whether your videos are in a format we're able to accept, we hope you'll attempt to upload them onto our system. If there are any technical issues with your videos, we'll inform you through your account.
*****************************
Any (uploading or downloading) up or downside to either preferred format with ref to quality and ease of workflow? For example: will our version of .mpg4 work? And from Vegas just how do you get a mpeg-2 file with .mp3 ?

bestx3,

bt
