entering chapters into a dvd a 2 music compilation

is it possible to enter chapter markers in a dvd a 2 music compilation. i.e. if one created one long piece of audio of crossfaded tacks, would it be possible to insert the chapter/track id's into the piece of audio in dvd a 2?

Best as I can tell, each item in a compilation is a chapter. If you open go to the timeline for the item, you'll see that you don't get the option to insert chapter points.

My guess is you'd have to use Vegas (or your favorite audio editor) to make each section into it's own file.
