"Error 0x800 10 105 (message missing)"-rendering

I edit footage in the file-type AVCHD. On my last computer, I would pick the "AVCHD 1920x1080-60i" render option, customise it to render the video in .mp4 so it could be uploaded to video hosting sites like Blip.tv. When my old PC broke, I installed Vegas on my new pc, but when I tried the previous method I would get the error message "Error 0x800 10 105 (message missing)" and it would only render in .mt2s, which cannot be uploaded to video hosting sites. When I uninstall Vegas and reinstall it, this error persists. In this present state, the software is useless to me.

You may have some 32 bit plugins that are causing problems?
You haven't installed any codec "packs" on your new computer?

Have you tried customizing a different template? One that generates an mp4 by default?

Something lie Sony AVC/Internet 1920x1080-30p will want to generate an mp4. If you want 60i, just change the frame rated to 59.940 and set the field order and it will generate an interlaced video.
