Error 24 unable to use software

I purchased a new license for Vegas Pro 15. I receive an error 24 message each and every time I try to use the software. I have only one dowliad to one PC. Says I am already using another email. I have several emails. Please advise. Thank you.

This sounds like a situation where you should submit a support ticket or call customer service.
