I recently purchased Vegas pro 15 from Amazon and after registering and starting work on windows 10 I got an error 24 message

saying this copy has already been registered to another email.

I was led to believe the copy I bought was knew and it seemed to be but I cant find a way around this myself

and im pretty new to the program,any help would be amazing,
