It's either the wrong serial number (different product code) or the e-mail address is different to the one used for registration (often a character or space was unintentionally added when registering). Error -14 usually relates to the e-mail address. Very often with this you will need Magix to reset via your Magix account.

What should I do if "Error code -14" appears when activating the program?

You have just successfully installed your software and still receive the message "Error code -14" during software registration.

Error code 14 indicates that the serial number entered does not match the program or the program version.

To solve your problem, first check whether you have entered the serial number correctly.
If you have purchased several programs at the same time, please check whether you have used the serial number that matches the program.

If the problem cannot be solved using the instructions, please send us a screenshot of the error message and the completed activation dialog.

Procedure for creating a screenshot:

1. First of all, you must be able to see what you want to take a screenshot of on your monitor.
2. Press the "Print" key on your keyboard to save a copy of the entire screen to the clipboard.
3. open an image editing program: e.g. Microsoft Paint (Start menu / Programs / Accessories / Paint)
4. Select "Edit / Paste" or press the key combination CTRL+V to paste the saved screenshot.
5. Save the image as a JPG file via "File / Save".

BTW, when making this post, you apparently missed reading the posting advice (in bold) which states:

Please be mindful of data protection. Do not publish any personal information. Examples of personal information are your email address, telephone number, credit card number, serial number or order number.

Your screen shot includes both your serial number and email address which is now unfortunately available to any scammers etc anywhere in the world.

If wanting to upload screen shots, it is recommended to first use an image editor to blur/obscure personal information and upload the edited image/s.

How can i delete the post or edit? i dont find any option to do it.

I've since sent a 'report' message to the moderators requesting that the uploaded image be edited - if possible - to obscure the SN and email address.
