Running Windows 8.1. Processor Intel i7.
I recently installed a new SSD Main Hard drive. I used Vegas support PDF file do a clean deletion of all folders and registries before reinstalling Movie Studio Platinum 13.0 with DVD Architect Studio 5.0 from the DVD installation disc.. Movie Studio works fine. The DVD Architect Studio gives me the error I posted above after putting in the serial Number.
Dont know what else to do. Is there a support phone number I can call to get this resolved?
