When I drag an avi file to timeline, both tracks (video and audio) are dragged, but process of building peaks stills at 0%, waits some seconds and shows error message:
"An error occured opening a codec".
I suppose, this is because an audio track has VBR...
Properties of avi length, shown by Vegas4 are:
Video: about 1h 26min, MPEG4...
Audio: about 4h 45min, MPEG Layer 3...

Has someone experienced troubles like this?
Please help.
