@Anthony-Lyle Please bear in mind this is a user to user forum. We are not the website from which you purchased. Anyway two comments:

1. When trying to activate your VP21 are you using the same email address as you used when purchasing? If not that could be the problem.
2. Instead of typing in the Serial number try copying and pasting it from the email you received.
