Error Code: -2147163964 occurred during installation. (VEGAS PRO 18)

Another editing studio stopped working WHILE editing and just kept presenting an error that it failed to open, so I deleted it and tried re-installing and it brought up this and I've repaired/re-installed Visual Studios and .NETs and restarting computers and nothing is working. PLS HELP. (VEGAS PRO 18 btw)

@ItzRambro, It appears you already have at least one ticket open with our Tech Support team. They are waiting for information from you, including your serial number so they can more quickly hone in on the problem you're having. Please provide the information they need and they can help you. It's also possible that you ave a corrupt installer somehow. The easy fix for that is to uninstall the application, then go to your MAGIX user account where you will find a link to the latest build. Reinstall that. By the way, that's also where you will find your serial number to share with our tech support guys. They are ready to help. Just provide the information they need.

Thanks for the response! I couldn't find an email or anything asking for my serial number and all of that so I don't if it didn't send correctly or if I need to get my eyes fixed lol. But stating the installer issue, I have reinstalled many times and I've even tested out trial installers for other vegas related programs but I have the same issue :(. And how would I go about sending them the info? Responding to the email itself?
