Error code -24

I have an original, bought Vegas Pro 14. Unfortunately, some time ago when I started the program, I don't know why, suddenly I got an error - 24.

It means that the e-mail address previously used for registration is different from the e-mail address that I enter now. The problem is that I use the same e-mail all the time. I wrote to support MAGIX in this matter, explaining that the e-mail is definitely the same and they wrote me back:

"Error -24 indicates that the email address you used to register previously is different than the email address you are currently entering.  Entering the same email address you used previously will resolve this issue."

In short, they didn't help me. Does any of you have any solution for this?
Previously, I used an illegal patch, which was used to launch the program on my license (strange, I know).
Unfortunately, now with the new build (270) I don't have that possibility anymore.

 

Help me please, I can't even start the program.
