error en pantalla

hola tengo un problema con la pantalla, ni me sale imagen solo se escucha el sonido cuando le doy play q paso como puedo resolver este problema por que paso este error . ayuda es incomodo este error no puedo trabajar a gusto ayuda.

@Efran-Palma Hi, what version of Vegas are you using?

Can you upload a screen capture picture of the error msg, you can upload this pic using the arrow button that's next to the smiley at the top of a new comment.
You could also upload a picture (or video) of the full Vegas screen,
There's an App called MediaInfo, download it, it's free & a fast download with no added adverts or any of that rubbish. https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
After downloading, right click on the media file in your Windows folder, open MediaInfo, choose Text from the options at the top, Copy & paste the information in a new comment on here 👍 like this
