Error in Burning DVD

I have full leanth Movie - Total un-rendered size 52gig. After opening it in Sony Architect and re- rendering it and preparing it to burn it shrinks to an 8.5 gig file. I then go to burn it and in the properties i optimize it to fit a 4.7gig disk. It starts burning and then i get this message:
SFMMCX-(17)-1 10CTL Error

I have burned this exact program once and it worked fine. when i tightened up some edits and re-rendered it and went throught he same process i now get this error.

Does anyone have a solution or any advice? my knowledge on this is very limited.
Thanks
Joe

Personally I recommend importing rendered mpg2 & ac3 into any DVD authoring program -- you'll almost always have more control over the encoding. If you're unsure about the settings, there's plenty of info online, especially at places like videohelp.com & doom9.org.

RE: the error... Google on SFMMCX-(17)
I'm not sure what version or app you're using so afraid I can't say much more than that. Personally I have always used separate software for burning, using DVDA to create layouts on hard drive that can then be tested & optionally modified before burning.
