Hello friends out there! I use Vegas Pro 13 and my problem is as follows: After finishing the editing work I move on and try to Render the Movie as a prepartion for exporting it to Architect 6. The rendering operation doesn`t start and I get the message:
An error occured while creating the media file .m2v. What´s wrong? I have already succeded in rendering a longer version of the same film with out any problem. What could the solution be?

Narrow the problem down. Can you still render the longer version? Can you render any other project?
If you cannot render anything -- is your hard drive out of space?
Thanks xberk for your answer. For the moment I can`t render any file, not even the longer version with which I succeded to render the other day. I have checked the hard drive and there is ruffly 32 Gb free space now.
One thing is also strange here, I manage to render and burn my file as a BD-disc without any problem directly from Vegas. So it seems that Vegas can render my file and burn a disc but not just render. Strange!
Any more ideas?

32gb free disc space is probably inadequate. How large will your final BD-disc be? DVDA needs at least twice that to create the iso image as it creates files then copies them into the final iso. Plus Windows needs disc space to operate. 32gb may sound a lot but in reality you need much more.

Make sure GPU acceleration is off.
Start a new project. Add some generated media to it. See if that will render to a basic Vegas template like "Sony AVC/MVC .. Internet 1280x720-30p"
If that renders, try this new project with the template that is failing to render
