Error message??

I get this error message when I start V8. Installed 8c and get same error message?? Can Anyone who reads computerese tell me what and why?

i'm betting it's something with that "ColorLab.dll" file. google/yahoo don't bring up anything on it & my system doesn't have it so it can't be required by vegas.

I think what your saying is that at some point in V8 you started gettting this
message, but it does not close or jam Vegas? -- You thought maybe 8.0C would fix it but it has not. --

Is it for all veg files, same story?
Does the ColorLab.dll exist anywhere in
your system?
