It happens once shortly after startup. Searching online there may be a Magix connection?

I may have fixed it, fingers crossed. I disabled a Magix update Notifier in Task Manager Startup.

Sure enough, if it's enabled in TM and Inet access is available, no error messages, but you get the error messages if it's enabled in TM and Inet access is disabled.
