Error message when rendering

Help! Trying to render a 16 minute project and keep getting "An error occurred while creating the media file xxxx. The reason for the error could not be determined." I'm using Vegas 9.0e and Windows 7 professional. Never had this problem before. When trying to prepare the project using DVD Architect 5.0, I get this message,
"File name: STREAM/00000.m2tStatus:TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Video buffer underflows."

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to create a DVD project with the file that won't render?

What format are you attempting to render?

Make sure there is room on the output disk drive. If Quicktime is involved, make sure no spaces in output file name or subdirectory name. Try using a different name to render to. Until we know what your timeline file formats are and which render template you are using, not much more to tell you at this point.

I begin the project in HD 1080-60i (1920x1080,29.970 fps) I am attempting to render as: Main Concept Mpeg 2 (*.mpg.*m2v.*mpa)
Template: Blu-ray 1920x1080-60i 25Mps video stream (x)

I see that most often when there is another file with the same name as the target being used by another program such as a media player..

So changing the name or shutting down all other applications would be the quickest way to check for that.. MY 2nd guess as already mentioned would be to make sure the destination has enough free space..
