@Larry-Hagen Try setting Dynamic Ram Preview to zero.

If that doesn't do it try also reducing the thread count by half, all of the above located at \Options\Preferences\video tab.

Are you using variable frame rate media, if so try converting to constant frame rate. Use the free "Mediainfo" program to find these details, VFR, or CFR.

Is your media hevc instead of h264? If it's hevc try transcoding to h264. If that fixes it then consider shooting in h264 in future if that's possible, or converting your video clips prior to rendering to an intermediate.

Are you using VP17? If so can u use VP16, the last build, it's more forgiving with these memory issues, even though u have enough memory.

Check out if your PC/Laptop meets the minimum recommended Magix's system requirements for 4K, a 4 core doesn't really cut it with VP17. Link here.

Open a support ticket if all else fails, then let us know here if they came up with a fix. See the VKmast post links in the “News” tab at the top of this forum.

Keep an eye out for the next update for VP17, if that's what you are using, probably due soon, it might address these out of memory issues.
