Render As "About" pop-up when selecting WMV8 says Version 8.2 SDK
When I choose this method to render I get an error. But also when choosing this method, under the CUSTOM button I have no options to choose in FORMAT.

An error occured while creating the media file Untitled.wmv
0xc00d0bc2(message missing)
I can re-create this error on a different system. Totally different hardware. New install of WinXP SP1, New install of VV3 All new drivers and no special tweaks.
Everything else seems OK. All other renders work fine MPEG2 , AVI, no problem.
I don't really care that this is happening on this one system as I am going to shut it down. It's an old install with many tweaks and room for error. But the fact that is is happening with exactly the same error on the new system is a problem. The new system has a different copy of XP BTW. No tweaks. No other known issues.
Any suggestions.
