There is an error report folder located at:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Sony\ErrorReport
The reports in it have a .erpt extension, and I haven't found any way to read them. Does anyone know if there's a way for us to read these?
FWIW, I bought Pro-9 Monday, and have spent every free moment trying to get it to open on my main computer. It just hangs at "Initializing UI", and I'm hoping there's some info in the error report file that will help me figure out what's going wrong. I've been working with support since Monday, but I'm getting impatient for a solution.
