Error when click on Audio tab in some encoders

Have anyone got this issue? When I select output to WMV 9 or 8 or DivX (5.0.5) and when I click on AUDIO tab, the system hangs.

I am with the last Vegas Video software.

Haven't had the prob - knock on wood - but I know winmedia 9 encoder is really picky about having an audio track end to end if it helps somehow.
