I am a video editor who has been using Adobe for years. A while back I bought Vegas bundle via Humble Bundle that included Vegas Pro 15. As I have never used it I thought I'd give it a go. I followed all the steps and supplied the serial number I was given. Once opened, I tried to import footage but was told the serial number was already registered to another email and to contact here.
