Error while preparing compilation

Using DVDA 6 to author a Blu-ray disc iso from elementary streams encoded by Sorensen Squeeze Pro 8.5, the following error occurs:

File name: 00001.m2ts
Status: Vegmuxtw.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Video buffer underflows. -

The video is H.264 1080i at 25,000 Mbps. The audio is a 5.1 channel AC3 file. The documentation lists this media as compliant. The disc previews just fine in DVDA.

I've always used Avid DVD by Sonic to create Blu-ray disks, but it doesn't handle surround sound. Thought I'd give DVDA a try, but this project has been an exercise in frustration. Your advice would be appreciated.

Long, long ago when CD's were new and a writeable disc cost $1 in bulk (the CD-RW drive itself cost $600), we would often get buffer underflows because the PC couldn't keep up with the burner drive.

Do you have DVDA5?

Yes, I have DVDA 5, and that's where I first encountered this error. Thinking it might be fixed in the latest version, I downloaded DVDA 6. It occurs on that, as well.

If you look at my system specs, you'll see it's pretty powerful. My PC should have no trouble keeping up.

Where are you seeing that H264 is a compliant format?

From what I see it is either AVC or MPEG2

The ITU-T H.264 standard and the ISO/IEC MPEG-4 AVC standard (formally, ISO/IEC 14496-10 – MPEG-4 Part 10, Advanced Video Coding) are jointly maintained so that they have identical technical content.
