Errors When Rendering 640X432

I am trying to render an MPEG-1 clip to a 640X432 MPEG-1 cideo file for a CD-ROM (don't ask, it's what the client wants) Anyways, when I render the file everything starts fine, then after about a minute of rendering it crashes and says the rendering failed, and it cannot determine the problem. Has anyone else ran into this problem when rendering videos??? It works fine when I do it to a 352X240 or a 720X480, but when I try to do it to a custom size it crashes!!
Any Ideas how to fix it?? Expecting Vegas 4.0b very soon!

Oh well, I guess nobody from SF wants to help, I'll just use my ProCoder then.

We are aware of some rendering problems with MPEG-1, and we hope to have them all resolved in the next Vegas update.
