How can erase in a audio project one track im seeing on edition screen and at the same time erase this track on his directory too (.wav. , .mp3). Im erase track on project screem but his track dont .

Not sure what your asking but..
I do not think it is possible to remove an event form the timeline and remove it from the media pool in a single selection.... which is good in my opinion.
Otherwise, if you wish to remove unused media from a project; Go to "View> Project Media", and select the unwanted file; click the "Remove Selected Media" from Project button to remove all selected media files from the Project Media window and project. A file can be right-clicked as well which brings up a similar context menu
However... If a file IS in use by an event on the timeline, you will be prompted to delete the event. Which I guess would remove both the event and file from the project.
or.. "Tools> Clean project media" which removes all unused media from the project.
