EULA on every Vegas Pro start

It seems that every time I start Vegas Pro 12 build 726. it asks me to agree to the EULA. Uh...really?! Then it seems to run OK.
I have been moved my HDD drive to SSD with OS .

Just delete the EULA file and it won't show anymore.
