European Boost?

HI there!

I'm wondering if Sony will introduce Vegas this year at IBC. Last year Iooked, spoke with some Japanese guy who didn't seem to know what I was talking about..
I hope this year they will make a big stand for Vegas, making sure everybody in broadcast-land knows WHAT IT IS (since I really don't know any of collegues using or even KNOWING it)..

I use it for MTV specials all the time without any complaints..so
It's time to fight the battle here...

Hope anyone from Sony will let me know what the plans are 'cause it's all I need to see at IBC.. a Boombastic Vegas-introduction!

I agree, I was at last IBC last year and was somewhat underwhelmed by the lack of Vegas, in fact the whole of Sony's effort left me pretty cold.
Wish I could get there again this year, sure enjoyed Amsterdam.

Sony Media Software (Vegas et al) will be indeed be at IBC, so please come by and check out the always interesting Sony lineup, meet some of the software team, attend the seminars...should be fun as well as interesting.
