Event Pan/Crop and Video FX

Not functioning in Vegas 11.
First time I've had this issue.
Any thoughts?

NEVER MIND I CAN GET TO IT WITH A RIGHT CLICK.

NO SIR, CAN GET TO PLUG IN CHOOSER.
BUT CAN'T OPEN EVENT VIDEO FX OR EVENT PAN/CROP.

Make sure you haven't docked it somewhere and it is hidden.

Blew a monitor, maybe it's hiding over in the darkness?

Look for the dialog hidden under the "Start" bar.
