Event Pan Crop Question

I have a set of 184 stills that I'm making into a video. They all seem slightly big so I'm going to have to either use the event pan crop and make each slightly smaller or edit each image and make the file size smaller on each picture. I'd prefer to not change the file size because they are already pretty small (around 150kb each).

So, is there a way to universally use the event pan crop button and slightly back all the pictures up so they are smaller? Doing it 184 times is crazy and I can't find anything in the manual.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say they're "slightly big". Reducing the file size (by making the image smaller) is completely different to using pan and crop, which changes the viewing area but has no effect on the files.
