events: locking audio to video... synch problem

I got this little problem: if I select (let's say) 10 events on the timeline, which are on different tracks, to create a group so I can move this whole bunch of events altogether further on the right, I got this problem when I remove the "group" switch: my audio tracks also get "removed" from the grouping option. Which is to say that they are no more "synched" to their respective video tracks.
Is there a way to avoid that?
Or is there a more simple way to move a whole bunch of events altogether (to the left or right)?

This issue is supposed to be addressed in VV4.

In the meantime I suggest you highlight your group of videos and drag. Don't group them. Unfortunatly, you will have to re-highlight to drag the clips back.

There have been many discussions on this. The method I describe is what I think works best for me. You can find other workarounds by doing a search.

deja vus. Highlight and drag is the safest way to move things out of the way.

Ok , thanks a lot.
I'll do it this way... again. I had around 90 clips to move, that's why I tried to group using the selection edit tool...
I'll do a search for the other posts, thanks!
