Another new Gremlin has reared it's ugly head over the past few days in V23. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Basically any video event that has some transparency has some crazy twerks.

This could a png with transparency or even just a simple text overlay. This isn't an issue with settings on the timeline, because it's doing it randomly and with older projects that didn't have the issue.

They will show no problems, but then just disappear, they are still on the timeline, but don't show in the output. Sometimes, they show in the output, but don't get rendered down. I thought it could be a combination of the NVidia driver and the issue with Win Update KB5074109. However, I uninstalled this update and I'm back on driver 581.57.

This is causing a huge headache for delivery to clients. Yesterday, I had to render a 4K file 5 times until all the text showed correctly, each time, closing and re-opening V23 to try and get it to work.

I'm just uninstalling V23 and re-installing to see if that fixes this issue.
