Exam Activation Code problem

I purchased an SVCU Exam but did not receive any kind of exam activation code. I tried to submit the order number as the exam code but it didn't work. It's as if a subsequent email containing the info wasn't processed. Any ideas? Thanks!

What's a SVCU Exam? Who did you purchase it from? Why not ask them if something is missing? If you want someone elses code you must put money in brown paper bag and leave on corner next to Post Office.
