Gary, sorry to bother you in this way, but I can't seem to get email through
to you guys to get an upgrade on Excalibur 2.0 for Vegas 5. I keep getting

Hi Dwuane,

I ordered directly from their web site the other night without a problem. try that if you have not already. They were quick to respond and I had my upgrade (including Vegas 5.0 alterations) within a few hours.
