Just wanted to let you all know about the excellent service I received from CMP books.
I ordered their title 'VEGAS4 Editing Workshop' from Amazon but when it arrived, the included CD had been melted into the spine.
I sent an email to them and they responded by despatching a whole new book with an intact CD. Oh, did I mention that I live in South Australia? Now that's what I call customer service!!
BTW the content of the book is just fantastic - I learned so much even before the intact CD arrived!
