Hello and good evening/afternoon/your type of day =)

I was editing a video in Sony Vegas 12 and accidentally enabled expanded edit mode(double clicked end of clip). I did not know at the time how to disable this feature so i saved(i regret this now) and closed my project. I then looked online and opened my project and disabled EEM. BUT the problem now is that the clips behave the same as if they were in EEM, but i have disabled EEM. I tried opening the clips in a different file and they behave the same there, should i delete the .mp4.sfk0 and 1 files of these clips to fix the issue or do i need to do something else?
