Hi all,
I bought Vegas 10 Platinum on December 19th (transaction ID 11168886-16DQ) and entered the serial number in the trial version I was using , which had expired. It will not accept the serial and bounces the "buy now" dialog box back up.
So I followed the instructions in the FAQ here to "buy by telephone" but it didn't work and the "buy now" still pops up. So I uninstalled the expired trial version and installed the downloaded version instead and tried the serial again, with the same result.
So then I used the "contact support" and explained what I've just explained here. That was 5 days ago and I have had no reply. I'm getting other emails from Sony, but none from support.
Now I'm not expecting someone to help right now on Christmas Eve, but it would be nice if someone could help me some time this year as I've paid for this software and cannot use it.
I'm using a Packard Bell Aspire M5802/3802, Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit, Intel Core 2 Quad, Q8300 2.5GHz.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give me, and Merry Christmas to all here.
