Export as Quicktime for use on Mac within Pro Tools toma13 wrote on 3/11/2005, 5:30 PM What is the best codec to use when exporting as Quicktime for use on Mac within Pro Tools? Small file size is more important than visual quality. We keep having problems with the Mac freezing when we open the Quicktime files on it that are exported from Vegas on the PC. Any tips gratefully appreciated. Sincerely, Tom Back to post

Video should also open just fine, as well as DV, Animation, MPEG 4...most of the codecs should open. toma13 wrote on 3/11/2005, 11:23 PM Thanks DSE! I'll try using the Sorenson 3, and work down from there. Tom 1
