I believe you need raylight to do that in windows.
There should be a trial version.

Ffms2/ffmbc in Avisynth should also do this, but with limited application support (ffmpeg).

If I understand your "features" ? then the answer is not any way - because a codec is a codec different from another. Further you are getting containers mixed up into the final equation because by definition MXF and AVi are actually both containers and not expressly codecs.

I want render an MXF file with DCPRO 25 setings. I contacted with DV Film about RAYLIGHT and they told me that in MXF is only possible DVCPRO 50.
