Export of Markers to a text file

Anybody got any ideas if this can be done? I know you can save your markers in the MPEG for use in DVD-A, but I am trying to use Scenarist which doesn't recognise them in the MPEG (I don't think it can import chapters markers at all) but I would like a nice txt file list of the marker descriptions and the times they should be at....

Ideas any body? I had a quick search on the net but couldn't find an external utility - perhap you know differently!

To export timeline markers to a text file:

1) View edit details.

2) Show >Markers

3) Click the select all button, upper left of edit details (just below the word "show"). All fields in edit detail should highlight.

4) Ctrl + c (copy)

5) paste into notepad or and other text editor.

6) You might have to fiddle with the format a bit to conform to whatever text formatting scenarist requests- should be easy though.

Excellent thanks! I'll give it a go when I go home tonight.
