If you add them to a new timeline, Excalibur can add regions around each clip and name the region the same as the clip. Then it can render each region. The asset tool could then render the regions in many formats or the included Tools - Scripting - Batch Render script can be used to render regions (but you need a modification which can be found here to get it to name the renders for the region names).

I'm sure you can find other scripts that can do this as well. For example, I know the new version of Ultimate S added batch rendering and there's always the Veggie Toolkit.
