Export single frame as JPG?

How do I grab a frame of video and export as a BMP or JPG image?

I searched in the help file and didn't find it. Probably used the wrong keywords.

Load the clip up on the timeline, set the preview window to the frame you want, and click the little floppy disc icon above the preview window. Also have your preview mode set to Best Full to get the best quality picture.

Ah! The simplest answer is always the best one.

The drive icon wasn't showing as my preview window was too narrow. I expanded the preview window and there it was.
