Export With Transparent Background?? Help??

I Videoed a person on a green screen and would like to export her into for use in a flash site. How do I export leaving the background transparrent for use in the flash site?

Add the chromakey effect to eliminate the green screen. Now render to UNCOMPRESSED Avi making sure you go into the custom settings to verify the "include alpha channel" box is checked.
