Exporting a still from a video clip

In Vegas 5 how can I export an uncompressed still image from a video clip. (Not from Video Capture).

Click on the "Save Snapshot" button above the preview screen. You might want to change the preview mode to "Best (Full)" first.

I would definitely change the preview mode to Best.

I don't know what you mean about uncompressed, but the still will be the same dimensions as your project. If you have an NTSC project, the still will be 720 by 480.
