Been trying to export AAF from my project but have 2 problems. One you can't customise NOT exporting your MXF files which means taking forever and creating a huge amount of files which you don't need if you do a small res mov as a reference. Tried Sony help ad they said NO. You can't. So I live with that and delete all MXF files once exported.

However now I'm getting crashes when it gets to a certain point of exporting from my project. This is a 20 min film. Thought it was the RAM being used up - but don't see how. But monitoring it twice it seemed to get stuck on exporting a certain Media file it didn't like. I've put in black clips instead of leaving time line blank. Not sure if it's that. Anyone had similar problems and know about dodgy Media Vegas doesn't like? And should a 20min film take 2 hours to export AAF?
