exporting single jpeg frames

Hi, does anyone know how to export a singel jpeg frame from Vegas Video 3. Also, I may have deleted my help file....is it downloadable?

Put the cursor on the frame you want exported, click on the little disk above the preview window.

NOTE: External preview must be OFF.
