Extending 117 tracks

Vegas pro 14
I'm using a template for a promo with 117 tracks. It's kind of like a 3d slodeshow. Each track is a separate slide. It's about 40 seconds long.. But way too fast. I'd like to slow it down to about 60 seconds or so. Is there a way to do this globally without having to extend each track?
It's all video. There is no audio.

Nested Veg into a NEW Veg. Then apply a Velocity Envelope.

And have a lot of patience after clicking that veg ( waiting untill the swap0 file is made) before you drag it to the timeline. 😉

OK I'm going to have to do some research. I don't think I understand nested veg yet.

Or, just stretch the NEW.veg with CRTL+mouse left drag. But, both options will give ghost images due to the needed resampling.
