I've looked at other posting on external or dual monitors, but still have a question. How can I use a second monitor to get the best resolution? Right now if I make the preview window full screen it looks awful. Would a second DVI monitor improve it? I do not have enough room on one screen to edit.

I cannot find any phone number to talk to a person at Sony with questions. Is there such a number? Once I got t touch 1 to talk to a live person, but that never happened.
