Extra (Unwanted) 3 Seconds Rendered by VV4

I have a project that has been made to be exactly 1:00:00 (one hour) long. The time format is SMPTE Non-Drop. However, when i rendered (using the default MC MPEG-2 CODEC), the resultant .MPG file reported by WMP9 when played to be 1:00:03 in duration. Where does the extra 3 seconds come from?

May be the difference between ntsc @ 29.97 fps and MPEG @30 fps.

I've now upgraded to 4.0b and found a few things out of place.

The same project that was 1:00:00 long in 4.0, when opened with 4.0b now shows itself to be 1:00:03.7 in length.

The events and markers are all slightly off from where they were. Looks like i'll have to go through the entire project to make sure nothing got out of synch.

4.0b seems to have fixed this problem. Events on timeline and rendered clip are of same length now. Thanks.
