Extract Audio from CD

When I place a CD into my drive and open Extract Audio from CD, no drive is shown. What is the issue? I can play the CD by itunes or Windows Media Player, the drive works.

Sometimes this happens. Sometimes it's related to your operating system; sometimes it's a conflict with another program accessing the drive (Nero is notorious for this).

But, worst case, both iTunes and Window Media Player can also rip audio from CDs.

So, no solution. Rip to itunes or WNP and insert.
